During the pilot phase we continually try to improve and innovate the tool, so that it matches the educational and teachers’ needs as closely as possible. It is important that we know what is afoot and what the areas for improvement are, so that we can keep optimizing each tool.
When we receive a wish we will first assess the request, after which we will contact the developer. Please keep in mind that the actualization of an improvement could be difficult to realize and often requires a lot of time. Sometimes it will not be possible to make a specific adjustment because it doesn’t fit the objective of the tool, infringes on certain privacy/security requirements, involves significant costs or because it simply isn’t technically possible. Because of these reasons we unfortunately cannot give you the guarantee that your wish for improvement will indeed be implemented. We will update you on the process as well as we can.
Despite this it is always valuable to receive feedback. This way we can ensure that a tool is fully in line with the education that has to be given, and we cannot do this without your perspective.
